Getting Here

From TOTNES take the A381 to Halwell then the A3122 to Dartmouth. We suggest that you do not use a Sat Nav as this will direct you to the opposite side of the Estuary where you need to take the ferry at Kingswear in order to reach Dartmouth. If you do use a Sat Nav it is best to chose your destination as being TOTNES and not DARTMOUTH !
On entering Dartmouth you will pass Sainsburys on your left. Continue down the steep hill with the Royal Naval College on your left. Follow the road passed the tennis courts and keep in the left hand lane following signs for town centre (the right hand lane becomes the queue for the Higher Ferry).
Follow the road along the Embankment (Estuary on your left side) until you reach the end. Stay in the right hand lane as this time the left hand lane is the queue for the Lower Ferry. Follow the road around the right hand corner and again immediately right into Lower Street. The flat is almost immediately on your right above the large grey/blue garage door (opposite a boutique called ‘Daniellis’).
There is no parking space but you can pull in outside the large dark grey garage door to load/unload. The Flat is above the Canoe section of the Dartmouth Yacht Club.
